Tank Top, High-Waist Jeans, and Ankle Sandals Outfit Idea

We had a quick outing on Sunday evening. We had an item to pick up from Target that my mom bought as a Christmas present for Little Lyn. I wanted to wear something simple but comfy. I wore this with a basic tank top, classy jeans, and with ankle sandals. I also took the crossbody bag that I have been taking everywhere. To finish this look I added a few jewelry pieces with stud earrings and a Y-shape necklace.

We also headed to Ross after Target. Ross will always be one of my favorite stores. I always like the variety of cute items you can find there!

In case you didn’t know I worked at Ross for five years. It was a great job experience. I started as a cashier, then I did a data entry clerk on weekends, and moved on to front-end supervisor. Towards the end, I felt like I wanted something new even though they didn’t want me to leave. They wanted me to apply as an Assistant Manager because they already trusted in me. Being a single mom this was not my ideal workplace. I wanted office hours knowing that I would work Monday to Friday, but in retail, you have to work any day of the week and even holidays. Even though I missed Ross, I know I did the right choice in the end.

That was a quick little story of my job history hehe.

Classic Tank Top

I have been wearing this scoop neck tank top with various outfits because it’s so versatile to pair it up with other pieces. The material is soft and comfortable. Great to wear under other shirts.

High-Waist Classy Jeans

I recently got these jeans for free from Amazon for being an influencer. They are high-waist jeans with some stretch that makes them completely comfortable. I like the washed or distressed gray color. They are classy and stylish. I wore them with sandals but these jeans would also go great with ankle boots. My favorite detail is the slit on the front bottom, so cute!

Crossbody Bag

This is my everyday crossbody bag. My nylon crossbody bag is black with a gold-tone zipper by the brand Kate + Alex Cuffaro and I bought it from DSW. The strap is adjustable and it has many pockets to keep everything organized.

The nylon material makes it super easy to wipe or spray down.

Black Ankle Sandals

My black ankle sandals are by Rock & Candy. Not only they are cute and they are so comfortable. I walked with them for hours without any problem.

Stainless Steel Stud Earrings

These are my go-to earrings when I don’t want to wear dangling earrings. They are black with a rose gold-tone. I bought these stainless steel, circle stud earrings from Amazon. They are sleek and very pretty.

Y-Shape Necklace

This is one of my favorite necklaces to wear when I show more skin than usual on my chest area. A simple yet nice touch to add, and it looks really nice! Mine is from Moon Magic jewelry but I found a few similar pieces that I’m sharing down below.

Fitbit Watch

If I’m not wearing my Michael Kors watch in rose gold, then I’m wearing my Fitbit Versa watch. I like how it tracks my daily steps, I can check the rhythm of my heartbeat, it can predict my period, and so much more. I LOVE it!

“I Am Smart” Lipstick

This is my everyday lipstick when I don’t want a bold lipstick color. This is Milani in “I Am Smart” matte lipstick. I like the soft, natural, pink tone but it is available in 17 shades. All Milani products are certified cruelty-free by PETA and are never tested on animals.
